Mariana Guimaraes e Silva
Community and Operations Manager

I believe that every experience in my life has perfectly aligned to lead me to the Achievers Club WA. Being part of an organisation composed of 99% volunteers who joyfully dedicate their time, skills, and hearts to helping children reach their potential is incredibly inspiring.

As the Community and Operations Manager, my role is to ensure everything runs smoothly, so we can provide the best support for the students and the community we serve. With such a dedicated and motivated team of volunteers, this work is both rewarding and enjoyable.

Having lived on three continents, worked as a university lecturer, and run my own consulting business — all while being a very hands-on mum — has prepared me well for this role.

I’m truly grateful to be part of such an inspiring, generous, and joyful team. I look forward to continuing to help our community grow and support even more children as they pursue their dreams.
